About Lillian: At Sonoma State University, Lillian pursued her social justice passions through feminist studies, working with homeless families, and directing the Vagina Monologues. She studied Spanish at Pontifcia Universidad Catolica de Chile for 1 year and traveled throughout South America. After graduating college, Lillian worked at a homeless outreach and education center in Salinas, CA. Since March 2015, she has been working as a counselor at a methadone clinic where she manages treatment for fifty clients suffering from opiate dependence. She plans on using her MPH to implement harm reduction and medication-assisted treatment programs to reduce opiate related deaths.
