About Sarah: Sarah comes to the MPH program to make a career shift into nutrition and public health; she is also concurrently pursuing a Registered Dietician (RD) title. She is interested in working with U.S. consumers on making sustainable food choices and promoting overall health and environmental education. She's a big fan of the Farm to Fork movement and can be found at the California state fair each summer in the gardens demonstration kitchen cooking up some seasonal dishes for fairgoers. Sarah likes to spend her time exploring the Sierra Nevada foothills with her husband and two dogs and is learning the art of sewing clothes and costumes.
