About Rajni: Growing up in northern California, Rajni learned that when it came to healthcare, her community was underserved. Witnessing health disparities amongst low-income and minority populations within a community drove Rajni to explore the administrative side of healthcare. Through studying Sociology and Biological Sciences at Sacramento State, she found she was interested in how society intertwines with health. Rajni plans to use her MPH degree to work in health administration and management and hopes to learn how to improve health disparities through change in policy. She aims to advocate for the underserved, working towards eliminating barriers and increasing access to healthcare.
