Fiona Scott Degree: BS, Cell Biology, UC Davis (2008), Minor: Chicano Studies Area of Emphasis: Epidemiology Practicum: TBD About Fiona: Fiona is interested in working with Chicano communities both locally and internationally. She spent the past year conducting research at the UC Davis Medical Center in the Emergency Department. Seeing a greater need for health education, Fiona became a peer educator with Students Teaching AIDS to Students, talking to local high school students about HIV/AIDS. Fiona has spent the past year researching liver fibrosis at the UC Davis Medical Center and presented her research project at the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases conference in 2008.
